Creativity
My personal definition....
Your creativity is simply this: your authentic presence in your life. If you are “present”, every decision and every step will stem from who you really are. Awakening your creativity can also be defined as a “journey back home” – to the seat of your soul.
Truth, joy, health, balance and wellbeing are all wonderful spaces that open up – when you are your authentic self with feet planted firmly on the ground.
How your creativity manifests itself is your choice, it can be the obvious genres of painting, writing, sculpting, composing music, acting etc……… and equally it can be how you create your daily life, or how freely you allow yourself to think, where you want to travel or what you decide to cook today.
Every path is equal. The difference is “form” – the form that you give to your creativity is up to you.
